I am fostering a small dog that has been through a trauma and he needed grooming, I knew that but I was afraid of hurting him or doing something wrong. I saw the truck driving around and thought to myself “now there’s a person who loves animals” so I called and left a message. Chris call me back. She is amazing. After hearing the dogs story she came over to meet him, eased my fears and the dogs. She took him out to the truck and a short time later brought back a “different dog”. We didnt recognize him, he looked great! Chris took the time to tell us about the dog (we are not even sure what kind it is), what she did and why. I can honestly say that Chris is an animal angel. Thank you Chris for all you do

Chris is one of the most kindess and sweetess person I know…she loves and cares for your pet like they are her own❤️ I am so glad that she was recommended to me I’ve had many dogs and all were groomed frequently but not with the love and devotion as THE GOOD LIFE!
Chris with The Good Life has been grooming Oliver since he was a puppy. Almost four years later I would find it difficult to trust anyone else with this job. Oliver is a Coton du Tulear which means he’s a mess without proper grooming. He is not easy to groom because his hair can mat very easily and the process can be painful for him. Aside from being incredibly professional, Chris is a talented groomer that has an amazing way with the dogs and makes the grooming process a great one. Chris takes her time to primp Oliver from head to paw and ends each session with (according to Oliver) her very tasty home baked dog treats. Oliver loves Chris and so do we. Chris is a kind person and loves each animal she grooms. I would (and do) highly recommend Chris and The Good Life! She really is the best.
As soon as Star and Harley see Chris they cannot get in her truck fast enough. They both love her and her homemade cookies.
They both always look and smell fabulous after being groomed. This is amazing as both my pups love to get skunked.
I would not consider using anyone else. When your dog’s run to your groomer, tails wagging and squealing with excitement, you won’t either.
